The article "unbelievable" of this year, after reading it left me concerned and apprehensive about my first upcoming appointment. My main concern was finding this place and not getting lost and now this was on my mind! But my phone calls to them was always friendly and informative. Their directions was easy, simple-no problem what so ever arriving at my destination. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and most professional. Mrs. Migdalia Flores(which to my surprise was the person that interviewed me) was nothing at all like what I'd read. She is very nice, kind, pleasant, quite lovely, and absolutely professional in her job. So as a first time patient at Treasure Coast Community Healt,h I was treated by an expert and professional I staff. Nor did I see anyone else treated in any other manner. Their policys and procedures recognized my needs with respect and dignity. My visit was very productive and as busy as they wre I was seen in a timely and orderly manner.

The absolute worst and most unprofessional staff at the Fellsmere clinic.1-4-11 I was a patient at the clinic on that date.Migdalia Flores and myself had a slight misunderstanding about min payment which was blown entirely out of portion and taken completly out of context by H.R. staff Michelle Wells.This misunderstanding resulted in Migdalia "CRYING' and me being asked if there would be any problem's by the supervisor before I see the doctor.While seeing the doctor for maybe a cancerous sore.Susan was thedoctor that seen me and was completely unprofessional in her tone , demeaner and medical procedures.After that was told by billing that they would not seeme at this clinic and sent to another.Later that day called and spoke to H.R. Michelle Wells and was accused of telling the dr. that she was the worst dr. ever and storming out of the office which never happened.Was scheduled at another clinic and told by billing that the appointment was 10a.m. vs 9;45 i would have been late.0 stars

I was skeptical at first. I have medicaid, and was scared that it would be filthy, the people mean, and they would not care about me. Boy was I wrong. First off Dr. Rengal is beyond nice, everyone that works there (nurses to people who answer the phone) and especially the girl that does the referrals, do an excellent job. She had my dermatologist, and ob/gyn and looked and looked and looked for a pain Dr for me , till she found one. They are outstanding, and want to thank them all, for help making me feel better, and just being super nice, restoring my faith in human kind!!!!!! :)))
