Travis Davis - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with them since they opened. They are very friendly and well aware of their customers needs. I deal with the same young lady every time I call. She is very sweet. They even call to invite you for Starbucks, so @bshaw, you are wrong! As for the agent, he has even called me to sell me and my kids life insurance and i will be getting it soon.! you must have called the wrong office because the are nothing but nice!!!!

I was involved in an accident with one of Mr. Davis' clients. She admitted blame and gave me his name. I called about 4 pm and got someone in his office who took my info. saying she would have him call me. 24 hrs later I had not gotten a call so I called back. I got the same response as before. The person was at a loss as to what to say or do. I pressed her to see if a claim had been called in yet. She looked and said yes there was a claim on the 7th. Not thinking I said yes that must be it. She gave me the info of someone she called the adjuster. Come to find out she had given me the info of another person that the same client had run into the week before. My accident was on the 14th. Had a good conversation with that person and we compared notes. Long story short I finally talked to Travis Davis after talking to the client again and he said he would call me back with claim Info. Have not heard from him yet!
