As of today, June 26th, 2014. The new owners are great. From what I have heard of this place in the past it was BAD. My family and I have lived here for 7 months now, and own our home. The payments on the property are low, and the mgmt. takes care of the properties around the neighborhood. We are a new neighborhood but growing fast. As of now we have a neighborhood watch, and the local police come through regularly.

Since June 2012 new ownership and management has take place at his park. Very friendly to seniors. They recently installed a 6' security fence for the park and they have cleaned it up and have great attitudes. Thumbs up on the new changes.

In June 2012 new ownership and management has taken over the park and has greatly changed the attmosphere of the park and what it allows in. Very friendly to senior citizens, just added a 6' security fence on the south side for increased security in the park. Management is willing to help and work with you and is very proactive on creating a family atmosphere. I would definitely recommend moving to this location.
