Tower Executive Suites

I signed a service agreement for 6months. You have to pay for $35 extra keys and $40 for your swipe key to get into the building after hours. My swipe key malfunctions over the Christmas Holiday and I tried calling the Owner/ Manger Jeff Black several times. Could not get anyone to come to the office to open the door and lost business customers because of it. The owner did not speak to me until I threatened to not pay my rental payment. He finally grants me an audience to speak with him and asked me “why didn't I call my neighbor to open the door for me.” He did not apologize for not returning my calls or emails and then in the same breath threatens to sue me for my payment. The Owner/Manager Jeff Black is a Slum Lord and reminds me of a used car salesman. The building stinks because the carpet needs to be cleaned and the janitorial service is not so great. I recommend you find another executive Building to rent a space because this place is not a professional environment.
