Excellent Physical Therapy, Poor Billing Practices
I have received care from Tim Soder PT on three separate occasions. Each time the medical care was excellent. Calvin and Marko are awesome.\t\n\t\nThat being said, their billing practices stink. On two of the three occasions there were serious errors made by their billing department. The first time, there was incorrect information sent to my insurance company which resulted in me receiving a bill from my insurance company for the charges incurred. That was resolved, but with too many phone calls needed.\t\n\t\nThe second (and most recent time) I was overcharged for my co-pay by 75%. When I questioned the receptionist, she assured me that this was what the insurance company had quoted. The EOB later indicated I was correct and had significanly overpaid. Several phone calls and one month later I am still waiting on my refund...\t\n\t\nIf you choose this group for PT, be very diligent in ensuring they are billing you correctly.
