The Pipeline People Mover

Pipeline People Mover is the most unreliable airport shuttle. 2 hours late picking me up from Midway airport April 17th. Asked for refund and was yelled at by manager for my request. T.S.

I have unfortunately had the displeasure of using them several times and only due to their servicing very rural areas in NW Indiana. Their Vans are a disgrace...have been for years. Even the drivers complain to owners of safety issues and very poor and unfomfortable conditions with their vans. But a job's a job for them. I would reccomend finding some other company or taking the bus service. I'm renting a car for a day next time and still saving money.

The driver had not taken a shower in some time and stunk to the high heavens. The trip from Chicago Midway to Hobart, Indiana seemed to drag on and on and on. The driver also continued to play loud rap music after being asked to please turn down the volume. Needless to say you get what you pay for,
