There are no "boiler plate" estate plans here. We have extensive experience developing family partnerships for the distribution and transfer of assets and property. A family partnership will help to minimize the tax burden and administrative expenses on financial transfers within your family. We also assist with succession of family businesses to named successors.

* In our LGBT Estate Planning Practice, we will work with you one-on-one to protect your rights as an individual or as a couple to ensure that your concerns are put to rest and that your final wishes are fulfilled.

* In our Probate Practice, we guide families through the process of getting a loved one's will verified by the probate court, and his or her liabilities liquidated and assets distributed to heirs either according to the decedent's wishes or according to the distinct laws of Texas (if a will or valid estate plan was not established).
