Beauty Source "the village shopping center"
I honestly would not mind paying for over priced items if the customer service was good. However the "manager" @ beauty Source in Castro Valley was not only rude,she made a nasty remark out my parenting after I spent almost 100 dollars at the store. I have had some bad experiences with customer service,but this one tops them all. I love to support our local small businesses owners. However hell would have to freeze over before I spent one more red cent in that store!
