Performed unauthorized work two times. Dropped off mower for warranty work twice and first time they added blades and did other unauthorized work and did not fix or even claim to fix the problem. They said they couldn't find the problem but they did find a large bill. Second time (to fix same problem) they tried to fix mower they billed me for items I did not authorize such as air filters totalling over $50 and so on. Questions about this met w/ yelling,rudeness and denied future service. They said there policy is to do work and then bill, not to call with estimates or questions. Scammers!
