Roger was nothing but kind to us and fit out budget perfectly. After ordering our stone, he called the cemetary that we were putting my grandmother in and even brought the stone there and installed it in himself. I was more than happy to do business with Roger... especially at that hard time in our life. I highly recommend him.

Just because we are foreigners doesn't mean were stupid. We were negotiating a deal with Roger, the dumb a** that owns the place and he seemed nice, even though he never knew our names and gave us random names. He is rude, can loose his temper, and is savage. After I negotiated a deal I paid him half and waited week after week after week and finally i gave up after not returning any of our phone calls I went to his place and he was like "oohh I don"t want to do it any more and I want 500 more dollars" Okay I said but let me see what you have done so far so I can pay you some more money. He starts rambling and says ohh I havn't ordered it yet. WHAT THE!?! Its been 4 weeks, so I said at least put it in writing that you'll do it and we have proof. he is like ohh noo thats not the way i work anymore. give me the money and ill get back too you...I then called 911 and had the police make him give me back my 2,000 deposit.
