I tried to get a home loan a few years back on a modular home. I went to Sherry about the loan. We were in a time crunch and had only a month to work with. After a few weeks we had found the home. Up to this point Sherry was great. Once we found the home I recieved a call from my realestate agent that she was trying to pass my loan off. I called her up and she told me she wouldn't be able to do it such a short amount of time that the loan we were going for was impossible. we went through another firm and in 2 weeks had everything apporved with 2 weeks left to spare. Then while listening to her on talk radio I hear her bring up our case (she didnt mention names) and laugh about it. Not very knowledgeable I must say.
