I called this store to ask a question. I believe the ladys name was Becky. I was asking if they bought Rolex watch parts. She said NO WE DONT. As I was still talking she said thank you and hung up on me. I wanted to ask about an extra ladys 18k solid yellow gold bracelet . SO RUDE!!!!!!!!! This is new we never had it put on after we bought it. The VALUE is no less than $6000,00 Becky I have bought Rolexes frome you guys in past 18 years and had friends buy also. Today you just lost 18 years of business.
