Robert Jeffrey Hair Studio Andersonville

I've been to this dump twice.
The first time I was given a junior stylist without being told. She was very nice but she totally disregarded everything I asked for and gave me a cut and style that didn't suit me at all.
The second time was the worst experience I've ever had at a hair salon, actually it's one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Period.
Louie J. Dato should *NOT* be working in a job that requires contact with the public. He is, without doubt, the most obnoxious, rudest person I've ever met.
I made a complaint to the management about the treatment I received and I never even received a reply.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
I wish I could give it less than one star. I will never be back.

Charlie, the owner of the salon, is hands down a miracle worker. I also experienced the same thing with Davey. I had MAROON hair!! So i bleached it, by myself and it ended up looking something like one of those 80's tie-dye shirts people have hidden in the back of their dresser drawers. So 8 months later i went to Robert Jeffery Hair Studio. I walked in and right away made an instant connection with Charlie. His welcoming personality made the whole 6 and a half hours a breeze. It started out with him telling me 10 inches of my hair was dead and i was ready to cut it all off. With ten inches of my hair on the floor he took me over the the sink to do the color correction two times, deep conditioning twice, two all over colors, and a color evener. Davey was the one to do most of the color correcting and dying which i applaud his patience for :-). so when that was all said and done. I went back over to Charlie's chair so he can finish the cut and style it. The finished product was AMAZING. I'm a completely new person, my hair is healthier than its ever been in my life and i feel GREAT. I feel like the weight off my shoulders has lifted (literally and figuratively.) So if anyone has a crises or if you just want a really good cut and color GO TO ROBERT JEFFERY!! i guarantee you wont regret it!
