I contacted Mr. Charles Wright in December to file a motion of contempt in an attempt to collect the back child support owed by my exhusband. I was told the total process would cost around $800, and that he would need $475 up front. The check along with the paperwork was sent and received. My ex was not present so he could not be served, and the process was put on hold. the check was cashed the next day, despite nothing having been done. I located my ex, told Mr. Wright, who then told me he would keep tabs on him so that once he was back in Chattanooga he could be served. I found out June 7th that my ex had been in Chattanooga since April, and Mr. Wright had not followed through on his word. I told Mr. Wright that i needed a different lawyer who would actually pursue my case, and do his job, and that i wanted my money back. I was told the file would be reviewed and I'd get a call back on Monday JUne 10th. I never received a call back. I keep being told that i will receive a call later
