Rhonda McMahan - State Farm Insurance Agent

Changed Insurance companies last month . State Farm was notified in writing with two seperate letters that were mailed on 3/25/15 to cancel my policies effective 3/30/15. On 4/8/15 they proceeded to make an ACH Debit withdrawal from my account and did NOT cancel my policy's. They then proceeded to refuse to credit the money back they took that was unauthorized. I had to file a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.
