very unprofessional. no final walk through. gate sagged immediately and had to fix myself. they built a five footer when it was supposed to be six. they didn't finish a part of the fence. they cut the posts too small so we couldn't get the decorative caps.very rude and combative on the phone when we addressed these issues. was not built according to the plans.bad business and bad experience. if i conducted my business like them i wouldn't have one.
