First of all.. I NEVER yelled on the phone the owner stated none of his customers ask for an estimate. They just do the work and then bill the customer. Owner yelled and then hung up when asked about the charges. Customer is always right? Not in this case. if you are going to do work, quote a price first. As far as nephew? I am the son. Grow Up!

This is a third party that does not even live in the home, (homeowners nephew) that wanted to get the filter cheaper on-line. The homeowner who lives in the house approved the repair of the filter complete and we did the repair upon her approval. A week later, the nephew calls us yelling and assaulting us and telling us he could have gotten it cheaper. We gave the homeowner a very good price on the filter complete and installation and go above and beyond to do extra things to help her when we service the pool weekly, including watering her plants and lifting and moving heavy things that she can not do herself. We have been servicing her pool for 2 years now and she loves our service! We are currently still doing her pool service and she has paid the bill for the filter complete, and was very happy that her old cracked, leaking filter had been replaced quickly. We would NEVER do an unauthorized repair.

I used this company for pool service. They said there was a leak around the filter and said the seal had a crack and I would need a new one. I said to go ahead and replace it. They took it upon themselves to replace the whole hayward filter housing and then sent a bill for $496.00. When I contacted the owner, he immediately got defensive, started yelling and then hung up on me! REAL PROFESSIONAL!! Worst service ever. DONT USE!!
