Rebound Physical Therapy

This is in response to espride's review of our clinic, Rebound Physical Therapy. First we would like to apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication that may have occurred regarding their treatment and insurance coverage for said treatment. We make every effort to explain everyone's insurance benefits as thoroughly as possible. What this patient is referring to is our policy that we have stating we will accept patient's benefits as "In Network" even if we are "Out of Network" with their particular plan. What this means is the patient is ONLY responsible for the SAME amount they would have been responsible for paying to an IN NETWORK provider and by doing this our patients ARE NOT charged the OUT OF NETWORK cost. And yes, sometimes this means we receive NO PAYMENT from the insurance so instead we absorb that cost for our OUT OF NETWORK patients so that they can have the treatment their doctors want them to have without the penalty of paying the high out of network costs. In regards to the amount this patient states they were billed for 2 visits seems inaccurate as insurance typically only allows approximately $80-$100 per visit. Awesome place!! I have been to physical therapy at 2 other places before my doctor told me about Rebound. WOW!!! What a difference...Joe and his staff are truely a step above. They cared about my well being and really wanted me to succed. Joe spent so much one-on-one time with me as well. I will refer Rebound to everyone I know. Thanks Rebound!
