Ray Tiling

We had Ray Tiling replace damaged laminate flooring and an area that was already tiled. Our new floor looks great!

We have no basement, so our floor was installed over the concrete slab. Other contractors who gave us estimates told us that putting the tile directly on the slab was fine, while also agreeing that if the slab settles and cracks our tiles will also crack. That's not what I want for the money I am spending.

Ray Tiling suggested using Ditra so that the tile and slab were not connected, thereby avoiding the potential for damage in the future. We did not ask about this, they mentioned it on their own.

Not only did Ray Tiling look out for our best interest in planning the installation of the tile, but they were also very thorough and meticulous in installing it.

I will use Ray Tiling again and would (actually already have!) gladly recommend them to our friends when they need to have a tile installation project completed.
