Ramsey Subaru

My husband was involved in an accident and decided that he wanted to get his car fixed there. I told him that I always liked my service as Charles Gabus Ford but he said he'd prefer there. \t\n\t\nMy husband dropped off the car to them the morning of November 15th and didn't get it repaired until December 18th. \t\n\t\nDuring the same week as Thanksgiving my insurance was not able to give them an okay on a repair because the adjuster's laptop crashed but during the same week they go the okay and they used that as an excuse the whole entire time. \t\n\t\nEvery time I would call Steve in the body shop department they were either waiting on parts or they were just getting done.\t\n\t\nOn the 12th, 13th and 14th I called and they said it would be done tomorrow. \t\n\t\n\t\nDon't waste your time!! Go somewhere else!
