Their packing sucks!
My sister who is dying wanted me to have her collectable treasures and sent them to me via Quik Pack & Ship. They were made of porcelin and each one put in a FED-EX bag with NO paper or chips to insulate them and 8 out of 25 were broken. Most of them were angels and their wings were all broken off. It made me sick! Apparently the operative word here is qwik. Don't use them!!!!
