Pueblo Mountain Park
About Pueblo Mountain Park
We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to
providing programming in order to create a citizenry that understands, respects, enjoys and cares for themselves, their
families, their community, and the natural world.
We manage the 611-acre Pueblo Mountain Park for the City of Pueblo, along with the historic 14,000-square-foot
Horseshoe Lodge, providing an environment for the citizens of southern Colorado to experience, learn about, and
ultimately protect and preserve the natural world.
We also offer programs for all ages throughout the year, from toddlers to adults. From summer camps to Nature
Toddlers, yoga classes and guided hikes, MPEC offers something year-round for the whole family.
Reviews about Pueblo Mountain Park
The best people
The friendly staff at the Horseshoe lodge provide quality services with a smile; they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, well informed, and taken care of. From their summer children's camps, to hikes and room rentals. These folks really have their stuff in order
