This Public Storage branch treats it's customers unfairly.
I was told by the office at Public Storage that my final month's rent would be pro-rated as long as I vacated the unit by the 9th of the month. When I got out of the unit on the 6th, and went to the office to close my account, they informed me that since I had auto-pay, they wouldn't credit my account for the unused 24 days left in the month! So, by using auto-pay, and getting the wrong information right from their office, I was penalized unfairly by having to pay for the whole month, though I vacated the space. They can now "double-dip", and rent the unit out for most of the month that I've already paid for. Boycott this place... they're shady, and don't treat their customer's fairly.
