I called Protek Restoration Services to my rental property due to there was water coming through the exterior wall causing the carpeting to get wet and started to smell moldy. Protek responded in less than an hour and was very informative. Let me know all my options and provided an estimate that afternoon. I felt very comfortable with Protek and their price was very seasonable. I signed their agreement and they performed the job the very next day. They gave us 3 recommendations for mold testing companies. They came out and took samples and within 1 day the mold clearance test came back with passable conditions.
