Proactive Physical Therapy

I had 8 or 9 sessions of physical therapy for a shoulder injury that had been bothering me for over a year. I was afraid it was going to require surgery -- so I put off dealing with it. A friend told me that physical therapy might allow me to avoid surgery - so I went to Proactive PT. Within 4 to 5 visits, I was already remarkably improved. I was surprised; I hadn't expected such clear results. Also, the staff were all really nice from beginning to end and they called me several weeks afterwards to check on my progress. It was clear that they cared about me as a person. That has not been my experience in all medical offices.
