Pressed for Success

I brought some pants to Pressed for Success for hemming. To make a long story short, they lost them. Two and a half months later, they "found" them. I had to make numerous phone calls to try to resolve the issue, and nobody I talked to spoke English very well so it was really difficult. After all the trouble they put me through, you'd think they would've given me the pants back for free, but they still charged me!

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
