Be careful - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Be careful with this company. I called them for my Samsumg LED Tv. Scott came out and told me I needed a new power supply. A couple of weeks later it stopped working and now I needed a DMD board. A month later it stopped working again. This time he never returned phone calls or showed up. You call the office and they tell you to call his cell and he doesn't answer. Finally he called back and didn't know when he could make it but said he would call. He didn't.

After spending $700 with him he couldn't owe the courtesy to call back? I finally had the repair done by someone else. He still hasn't called.

Terrible customer service and obviously isn't reliable. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!

Work unreliable and disreputable.

I will be suing them in Small Claims Court under a deceptive trade practice action.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

They repaired my television set last month. It's an older set but, with the exception of that one problem, it worked perfectly fine. I was charged a total of over $400, including parts and labor. One month to the day, my repaired television would not turn on. Scott, the repairman, came out this afternoon and announced that "something different" was wrong with my set and it needed another part. This part would also cost $300. I asked him to do the decent thing and repair it for no charge as I had no way of knowing whether something they did during the former repair had caused this new problem to happen. They previously had the insides of my television at their shop for one full week. For all I know, they could have tampered with other parts to cause it to break down. Scott refused to repair my set even though I offered to pay him his labor charge. I intend to sue them in Small Claims Court under a deceptive trade practice action.
