Service Sucks, Food was Cold and Very Unfriendly Staff esp.Manager Toy!!
My husband took me out for our Anniversary here on Friday, July 23rd after 5:00PM.I ordered 1 Margarita and a water and my husband a soda.We waited forever for the waiter to return to our table to offer us more to drink.The waiter brought my quesadilla and the sides for my husbands fajitas...still no drinks and no offer to get more drinks...so I had to walk to the other side of the restaurant to order my next margarita at the bar.After waiting another 15 mins. for my husbands fajitas, I finished eating my quesadilla, that was cold in the first place, I was still not offered any more water and we had been out of chips and dip since before we got our food, so once again I had to walk over to the other side of the building to ask someone for some chips dip water and a soda for my husband, which they handed me to carry back to the table myself.The manager at one point came to the table, to bring the margarita, no sorry, nothing.The waiter had come to the table 1 time after our meal.

Revisited
My husband and I stopped and had dinner at Pancho's after being gone from the area for 10 years. It was as good as we remembered and the service was excellent. I will recommend it to all of my friends.

Best Food
Panchos has the very best Mexican Food. I have tried others, but they do not compare to Panchols.
