Osaka Japanese Cuisine Inc

My fiance and I used to love Osaka. Always thought the food was excellent and was excited to see they had an A on their door. Well, don't let this A fool you. If you look them up online, you will see they received that A well over a year ago. Which would explain why my fiance found a roach in his salad in March 2012. We have not ate there since and will never go back. The waitress did not even see it as a big deal. She asked him if he wanted another salad. And we told her no, we don't want anything. We are not paying, staying or eating another thing and we left. I understand things like this can happen behind the scenes. If you know that you have a problem though, it should be taken care of and NEVER end up in the food being served to someone. Let alone the fact that to them this was a no big deal! GROSS!
