This mobile home park is the last place anyone would want to live. If you buy a mobile home and rent the lot be aware the rent has gone up $200 in the past 3 years. If you choose to buy in with a share kiss your money goodbye because they still have a 3 million 2nd mortgage to Clayton homes due in 2 years. this place is a joke. Please beware.
