I have been wearing glasses since age three (Now almost 50). I was told that I was borderline needing glasses, because my vision had improved! He gave me a prescription which I had filled elsewhere. I almost died because I could not see road signs. I went back to this location and he said my vision was the same. no change. I then went to their location in Plano and the older OD there said my prescription was TOTALLY WRONG. He wrote me a correct script and all was great UNTIL I tried to get a refund. No one to talk to, only write and after2 months and certified letters and BBB reports, i received the cost of the exam back -I had to pay for the new lens. If you get a young doctor with a Spanish name. RUN away!
