I'm a fan of small-businesses, and have gone to this restaraunt over the past ten years. It's definitely a no-frills place; the floors and furniture are worn. But the owner is very polite and the food (lots of choices in the buffet) is high-quality, and always good and fresh if you get there during normal meal times. The place is huge, so there's always a table available, and they have a bar in case you need a heavier drink with your General Tso Chicken.
