Northwest Paint, Inc., the parent company, was established in the Missoula Valley in 1992 and has grown from a sole proprietorship with three employees to a corporation employing as many as thirty-six. Britt Fred, founder and current president began the business with the inspiration that local building contractors needed a cost effective alternative to on site finishing that would save them time and still provide a quality finish. Today that vision has transformed into reality with a 150,000 square foot shop and a sales and production staff that works tirelessly to provide pre-finished building components to lumber yards all over the northwest. From fiber cement siding, wood siding, decking and fencing, to composite trims, soffit and fascia, our factory beautifies and protects over a million feet of building products every year. With specialized equipment and exclusive processes, we have been able to develop matchless custom finishes on a variety of substrates.
