TO THE PERSON BELOW WHO HAD THEIR BABY HERE---- YOU ARE IGNORANT AND DONT DESERVE TO POST A COMMENT/ REVIEW. THEY ASKED YOU ALL THAT INFO (YOUR WEIGHT, SSN, NAME, DOB, ETC) OVER AND OVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF POLICY. THEY DO THIS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT GIVING THE WRONG TREATMENT TO THE WRONG PERSON YOU IDIOT AND THEY TELL YOU THAT TOO, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. THE NURSES ARE NOT RUDE. THEY ARE THE HARDEST WORKERS IN THAT HOSPITAL AND SOMETIMES THE BUSIEST. SHANDS SUCKS AND MAYBE YOU ARE THE ONE WITH THE BAD ATTITUDE! MAYBE YOU WERE RUDE!

Dirty hospital, my family member got MRSA here, and developed sepsis from improper IV injections site procedures. The nurses are lazy, hide behind the nurses station on the 6th floor, and refused to help me care for my family member while they were vomiting in the bed. After they exhaust the ins benefits, the standard of care gets even lower. This hospital is so bad, I wouldn't slow down as I drive past, much less stop here for treatment. HCA hospitals are chronically understaffed, and most of the nursing staff that works here are incompetant, uncompassionate individuals. We have filed complaints with the State of Florida and Federal Government
