Reviews about Noah's Bagels
Not traditional but good.......
The bagels here are good as long as you're not looking for the "Jewish deli" variety. I like the choices plus they also make good sandwiches. If you want a real bagel though, I would choose Canter's Deli in West LA.\t\n\t\nThey do deliver to businesses in the area and will cater a business lunch meeting. \t\n

I'm from the east coast, and I baked in a traditional bagel shop for four years. I'm not sure I can even call their product a bagel! These are machine-formed and baked in a steam oven. They aren't dense enough, and the crust is barely there. I'm not saying they're awful, but please, please don't call them bagels. They're a distant cousin to the real thing. \t\nMy other objection to Noah's is the faux New York Jewish deli atmosphere. Can't put my finger on it, but it really, really bothers me.
