From reception to billing was the worst I have ever experienced. \t\n\t\nI went to see Dr. Levine for foot issues 2007. I had casino insurance and explained to the doctor that I couldn't afford anything more than co-pay and what my insurance would pay.. Otherwise I would have to find another doctor. Dr. Levine said for me not to worry about it. This was in 2007. It is 3 years later.. Not only did they continue to harras me for the $199 that the Dr. Levine told me not to worry about, but now has a collections agency harrasing me...\t\n\t\nIt's one thing to be dealing with pain when you go there, but now I'm dealing with more thenI should have had to in the first place\t\n\t\nThere is too many choices with better customer service and fair billing.. Be careful, because you could get a call 3 years later and collections and get harrassed... \t\n\t\nVery disappointing..\t\n

I was advised to get a cast made for a custom brace for my ankle injury. I asked several staff members the cost of this service & was not given an answer, but that it would be billed to my insurance. I allowed the casting. They never billed my insurance & charged me $70 for the casting in addition to my copay. I contacted their medical billing department & was told they submitted the claim, but the insurance wouldn't pay. My insurance company asked for more information which they did not provide. I contacted their billing & was told they would resubmit. They never did according to my insurance company. Absolute Footcare then sent me to collections without notice, over the charge for a service I did not need, and they did not bill properly.
