Classic Nail Spa

He's gone and actually the ladies there are all very good. Tracy and Stephanie are the best. We always call ahead and make appointments for pedis. We bring wine from The Wine Merchant next door and snacks from Whole foods and make a great afternoon of it. Sorry you had such a bad experience, but I've been going there since it opened, once a month and never had a problem. I think it's worth another try...

If I could give a "zero" rating, I would. The male nail tech had to remove polish near the end of the appointment because I pointed out that two fingers had bubbles in them. He had to refile, so he intentionally drilled too deep and hurt my thumb, did not apologize, then refused to fix the remaining bubble (not a tiny unnoticeable one, mind you), and told me I could go somewhere else and let them fix his mess. So, after spending almost 2 hrs. there for a fill, I left with bubbles in my polish, a hurt finger, and still had to find time to go somewhere else and start over. These people are not receptive to new customers (I was NOT rude, so there was no cause) making me wonder what this establishment is really about. He actually thought it odd that I didn't like bubbles in my polish!
