I found the used vehicle for which I was looking on the Internet and emailed Nissan of Athens about it. I was able to get an excellent price on the car by e-mail so that I felt comfortable making the trip from out of town to check out the car and make the purchase. I'll definitely check NoA on the web again before buying a car.

Unethical Business Practices. False Advertisement. Very Bad Customer Service!.. Violation Of Privacy Rights!...We have been in business with Nissan for more than 10 years, and Never have we experienced this type of experience from any dealership associated with Nissan.

Be more organized! Mr. Polk appears to have only Dana Bowen reporting to him. It is reasonable to believe he could keep one person informed regarding the availability of vehicles in the inventory. Unless, of course, Mr. Polk was not informed of the availability, rather unavailability of the vehicle--an even more significant organizational problem.
