Not sure if they were just busy, but several people ignored me as I stood and waited trying to see if they had a spot available for a cut. I stood at the front within view for over 20 mins. Finally as I turned to go a Spanish looking lady said " did you need something ". Ah yeah, to be helped would b nice. She hurriedly checked her books and said that she could cut my hair in about 30 mins . I decided to wait even though I didn't feel welcomed. I have very long hair and only wanted a trim, the lady kept saying I had lots of dead ends and kept cutting. I was very upset to learn she had taken off 3 inches instead of just a trim. She was I obviously not to happy about fitting me in. She was very rough and I almost felt violated she handled me so rough bringing tears to my eyes when she pulled my head so quickly. Maybe it was just a bad day but I will never have her cut my hair again. I believe her name was myra
