In this afternoon, I walked in Phuc Loc Tho Garden Mall in Westminster, California and visited Ngoc Quang diamond store to see and choose one diamond ring for myself. I asked a lady of about 50 years old how mucht is the price of diamond. Then I watched some samples of diamond rings. Suddenly, she asked me what happened with your left eye? I said my left eye had a Stye. She cried:” You have a stye, must go out of here right now! I felt dizzy and did not say a word, then quietly walked out of Ngoc Quang’s Diamond store and came into the hair salon near PLT mall, I told everyone about that lady’s behavior with customer. They were very angry with her words. Frankly, I think why one famous diamond shop hires that rude saleswoman!

This week I was provided with EXCELLENT service at Ngoc Quang Diamond and Gems Store. Great Price! Great Service! and lot of nice rings, earrings, pendant and loootttt more to choose....Your store have definitley gained a new customer for life ..will refer all of our friend for you.
