David Ruzal calls my work weekly pretending to be a client looking for a proof to review. It's obvious he has no idea what we do here, otherwise he would know what to ask and what information to give us. He acts likes he's in a hurry and speaks with a quick confidence which may work for some people, but to us it just looks pathetic. He's clearly just trying to trick us into transfering him to the president so he can convince us to use his company as an outsource printer. I want nothing to do with anyone that lies to get business.
