New Church of The Living God

This church has been a true blessing to me. I'm active duty military and I'm originally from Chicago, IL. I was sad that I couldn't bring my hometown church with me as a travel however, God brought me to this church immediately when I got here in Kansas back in Dec 2010 and it feels just like home. The members are loving, they believe in helping those in need, and the pastor and his wife are equally loving and wise. This church has various ministries for all to enjoy. What really touched me about this church is that when I first arrived to Kansas, several of the members invited me over for Christmas dinner since I didn't have any family out there. Since I had to do a 24 hour duty shift at work I was unable to go. However, several members from this church left their families on Christmas just to bring not only myself a hot meal but also the other soldiers whom had to work. This church does not only preach the word but they also live by it and for that I am truly grateful. -GOD BLESS!!!
