Terrible Customer Service
We cancelled our service in November of 08 because an important piece of our equipment was broken. We continued to recieve invoices that billed for service and late fees as well as collection calls. Month after month we continued to call and explain the situation and each time we were told there was no record of our termination and that we were expected to pay for the service we did not get. We would have to speak to a supervisor, insist on not paying and and cancel once again. At one point they were so insistant that we pay, we had to write a lengthy and firm letter, explaining what had happened and expressing our extreme disappointment in their lack of communication amongst themselves and customer service. We told them that we were expecting a statement showing a zero balance and to not contact us again. That was several months ago, and we just recieved another invoice for $1400, $750 of which are late fees. They have cost us so much time and effort--very frustrated.
