I bought a ECU here I had A lot of trouble returning it. I think it was not the company but the salesman i had ( Leo Ext. 5255). They shoud have a strong talk with this guy. However, i still like using NPL , just be carefull of the salesman you use. When i called back i got Jason at Ext. 5287 he treated me very well and took care of my problem quickly. Thanks.

I bought an ECU fron this company, I paid extra for it through NPL because i had used them before without any problem. This time however they are doing me wrong. When the ECU arrived three days after i ordered it i took it to my mechanic, it was dead. I called my salesman ( Leo @ Ext. 5255) he told me he would make it good. He said he would send out a E-mail and get back with me, he did not. Only after calling another salseman who went and got him would he talk to me. I have been very polite and patient, so far. I have tried to talk with a manager but only get excuses. Do not buy from these people you will get taken. My next stop will be the AL. states atty. and the BBB also i will report them to consumer fraud .

HE never called me back. I have called every day, he will not return my calls. I agreed to an exchange. All i have got from these people is the run around.
