always go in to Nail Trix and get my nails done, today i went in there to get a fill and SCOTT the actual OWNER did my nails. THEY ARE LITERALLY THE WORSE NAILS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. The tips were un even the arches were completely off and on top of that he did not even make the tip go across on both sides. He cut my finger. Asked if i wanted them square and some are square and some are round. I told him when we were finished that i was unsatified and i didnt feel that i should pay for the service. I then asked who i should speak with he said he was the owner and I WILL PAY 30 dollars for the nails! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I told him i would not pay for them and he sent someone to go get the security guard and wouldnt let me out until I paid him. I was on my lunch break ended up late and now have horribly ugly nails that should be a real simple thing to do! They were just white tips! SO I PAID THE JERK AND LEFT! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER LET ANYONE I KNOW GO THERE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
