My Lady's Florist

Another great experience! Valentines Day 2011. Have to say that Lawrence and staff did it again, providing a beautiful bouquet of roses to take home. I don't buy flowers often as I should but My Lady's Florist make you feel good, providing ultra fresh flowers. More than a week later and we're still enjoying them. Thanks also to Pam, who on the busiest day of the year was still smiling and helpful. Keep up the good work both in your business and throughout the Westland community.

I am very pleased with the feedback that I receive from my receipients. The service representatives are always available and very friendly. I get email confirmations with every order, that my order was received and will be handled with the most care. The flowers are bright and fresh; the fruit, cookies, candies and stuffed animinals are delightfully placed in every arrangement. I recently sent my mother flowers for her birthday using My Lady's Florist and had a wonderful experience. I was very anxious due to my last experience with Teleflora, in which my mother received dead flowers on mother's day. Since I live in SC, I needed to find a trustworthy, florist (local to my mother who lives in Canton) whom I could have faith in to restore my good name ;-) I googled florists local to Canton, read the reviews of My Lady's, and decided to give them a try. Well, I was not disappointed at all.\t\n\t\nLawrence answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. He assured me that My Lady's was an actual local florist who had been in business for 30 years, not some dishonest web order deal. I told him of my last traumatic Teleflora experience, and he assured me that would never happen with My Lady's. \t\n\t\nWell, he was right. My mother received the flowers and said they were beautiful. She loved the card and everything. \t\n\t\nLawrence sent me an e-mail receipt / order confirmation not long after the order was placed. In a time when so many services are automated, it is incredibly nice to have a warm person to deal with in such a personal transaction as having flowers sent to a loved one.\t\n\t\nUse this florist!!! You won't be disappointed.
