Never came through with paying for what he had stated. Work is good, character is not. Will not respind to me to pay for the dumpster that was supposed to be included in the estimate. When I sent him a copy of the bill for the dumpster, he want me to be charged with fraud. He is the real fraud here. He shows up at 10 am and works until 4 with an hour for lunch and wonders why he is not making money and falling behind on project. A three week project took 6 weeks. We paid half down and before it was done he requested another payment, which he received. Then a week later wanted full payment without the work being done. My mistake. Paid him and even though he finished the work, never paid the dumpster bill. Just stay away. ...read more
