Charged for their mistake & were very rude
The office manager Ryan charged me $50 for an appointment error they did. They scheduled my appointment the wrong week (we were on vacation) instead of the week I requested (the week after) and insisted I pay $50. Ryan was very rude and threatened to hang up. His resolution was to cut the bill to $30. He refused to admit their error and tried to pin it on me cause I had no proof he said. It is a risk you take making an appointment there. Give your money to a nicer business.
