Terrible trave agents esp. for Umrah
Had the misforune of getting Umrah visas through them. They gave us a real hard time right from the beginning till the end of our journey.
Nothing taht they say can be trusted. Keep lying about everything. And cover up their faults with wrong information and lies.
v. Lousy travel agents
Had a terribled experience on our last trip to Pakistan esp. for Umrah visas. They provide wrong information on everything about Umrah visas. Lied about the transport system in Jeddah persuading us to take their transport for 150$ one way. Taxis are available at Jeddah airport for ~50$.
Emirates folks at Dubai were surprised that the agent did not request for a hotel for our 14hr layover esp. with two kids.
Starts fighting if provided with feedback.
