Meritus is SCAM
I found this website after I got burned from Meritus Payments Solutions. they claim my early termination fee equal to total of my reserve which is $7600. now I have my attorney on this case, I rather have my attorney spend that money than Meritus. Meritus PaymentS Solutions is scam big time. Please stay away from them.

DO NOT USE THEM, I had the worse experience with them
Don't use them, I was trick into saying with them. Now I need to cancel they said I have to paid them 3 years worth of early termination fees.
I try to reason with them and the manager was jacka$$ and very rude. If I could give them 0 star I would've. I did Not have a good experience with them
